Verifying materials are received by downstream vendors
Q: What would be an example of an acceptable record to verify that materials are received at the downstream vendor as per Appendix A (6)?
There are a variety of records that could be provided by a downstream vendor and used to verify the receipt of the equipment or materials, including a signed BOL, written confirmation of receipt, assay report, settlement report, certificate of destruction/processing, and financial summary.
